Bryan Wesley is the Upstream Operations Vice President for ExxonMobil. Bryan has been with ExxonMobil for twenty-five years and has held numerous roles in Global Midstream, including Pipelines, Fuels & Aviation Terminals, Finished Lubricant Operations & Supply Chain. Bryan currently serves on the Board of the International Association of Oil & Gas Producers and is an advisor for the Mighty Oaks Foundation that provide help to veterans and first-responders. Bryan earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in chemical engineering from Texas A&M University.

Kathleen Ash is the Senior Planning and Stewardship Manager for ExxonMobil’s Upstream business. Kathleen has been with ExxonMobil for seventeen years and has held numerous senior management roles in commercial and operations, spanning the breadth of the oil and gas value chain. She is passionate about servant leadership and supporting organizations such as Living Water International and the Mighty Oaks Foundation. Kathleen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Mississippi State University, where she has served on the Advisory Board of the Dave C. Swalm School of Chemical Engineering since 2013.

The Road Less Traveled

Cedric Burgher is the Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting. Cedric has more than thirty years experience in the energy & financial services sectors, with more than a decade serving as Chief Financial Officer for public & private companies. Cedric's previous roles include serving as CFO of Occidental Petroleum, CFO of KBR, CFO or QR Energy, CFO of Burger King Corporation, COO of Quantum Energy Partners, and executive roles at EOG Resources and Halliburton. Cedric earned an M.B.A. from the University of Dallas and a B.B.A. in Data Processing & Analysis from the University of Texas.
