Community – we would like to highlight and external event that you may be interested in. Cru Houston, alongside a group of Christian business leaders, invites you to a free lunch where you will get the chance to hear from several incredible speakers, including some you may be familiar with:

Mark Albers retired as an upstream senior vice president of ExxonMobil Corporation in April 2018 after 38 years of service and 11 years on the Management Committee. Mark will speak about, “Finding Purpose”. He was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, while his father was working on a seismic crew, and grew up in Mississippi and Texas. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science in petroleum engineering. Mark and his high school sweetheart, Cindy, reside in The Woodlands, Texas. He joined the MD Anderson Cancer Center Board of Visitors (BOV) in 2012. 


Cody Nath is the CEO of Refined Technologies (RTI). Cody will speak about, “The Redemptive Business”. Over the past three years, his company, RTI has partnered with World Vision to bring clean water to approximately 110,000 Hondurans. Cody is a founder of CrossWalk Center, a centralized, safe re-entry hub for citizens re-entering life in Houston after incarceration. Cody was born in Wichita, Kansas to a family of business owners and grew up very involved in charitable causes.


Rob Kase is an Executive-level Senior Principal with ExxonMobil. Rob will speak about “Servant Leadership”. He has 36 years of international experience in both the Oil and Gas as well as Mining industries. Before his current job, he was the founder and President of RDK Energy LLC. Before RDK Energy, Rob was Vice-President of Strategy and Business Development at BHP where he led three organizations. Rob has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University, and a master’s in business from the University of Houston.
